As an Acquisition Sales Agent, your primary focus is to identify and secure off-market investment properties by working closely with real estate professionals and property owners.

  • Proactive Prospecting – Reach out to real estate agents, wholesalers, and sellers via cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Deal Analysis & Property Evaluation – Assess potential investments, calculate ARV (After Repair Value), and determine strong offer prices.

  • Relationship Building – Establish trust and create long-term partnerships with agents, investors, and sellers to secure a consistent deal flow.

  • Negotiation & Contracting – Present competitive offers, negotiate terms, and get contracts signed quickly.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management – Stay organized by tracking leads, follow-ups, and deals using our CRM system.

  • Collaboration with the Dispositions Team – Work closely with our dispo team to ensure seamless transactions and maximize deal profitability.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Active Texas real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills – this role requires a natural salesperson.

  • Knowledge of real estate investment strategies (ARV, BRRRR, Wholesaling) is a plus, but we will train you.

  • Ability to work remotely & independently while staying organized.

  • A strong work ethic and a goal-driven mindset.

  • CRM experience is a plus for tracking leads and deals efficiently.

The Investment Real Estate Agent role is 100% Commission. An average first-year compensation potential is $65,000.
